The V neck is very low, so if you don't want to wear it on its own, I recommend to wear something underneath like a black top.
I also like to add some jewellery to match the pink color, like this green diamond necklace.
For the shoes, I'd choose a pair of brown or grungy black boots. I'd go also for a pair of black platforms for an edgier look or sandals for a softer look. Ideally, you can wear a black hat for a festival style.
